Once you have decided to proceed with us, we will create an account for you in our CSP system, configure it for the services you require, and assign the service request to you for making payment arrangements. You can make payment with a credit card or a bank transfer.

Simultaneously, you will provide details of the company structure you desire and upload the supporting documents. Our team will review this information and conduct the KYC due diligence as required by law. If we need clarifications, our team will coordinate it with you through CSP.

After the company structure is finalized, our team will apply with ACRA for formal approval of the company name that you desire.

Upon approval of the company name, our team will prepare incorporation documents for your signatures. You will sign these documents electronically. We have eliminated the need for cumbersome manual signing, notarization, and mailing of paperwork.

Our team will register your company with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore after they have obtained your signatures on the incorporation documents.

In Singapore, every company must have at least one resident director who is either a Singapore citizen, permanent resident, or an EntrePass or Employment Pass holder. This director must also not be disqualified from serving in the role.

After receiving the necessary documents, our team will promptly prepare the incorporation paperwork. The company will be officially registered within 1 to 2 business days. However, if the application is referred by the ACRA authority, which is rare, approval may take 3-14 working days. In very exceptional cases, ACRA may take up to 2 months to provide its approval.

The process typically selecting a business activity, choosing a compnay name, reciving intitial approvals, drafting lega documents and registering with the relwvant authorities.

In Singapore, every company is required to have a local registered office address that is a physical location, not a Post Office Box (PO Box). The office must be open and accessible to the public for at least three hours during ordinary business hours on each business day. If you lack a local address, CorpCA offers a registered address service that includes mail receipt, notification of incoming mail, and mail opening and scanning.
